What is the Gold Friday discount?
The discount is 5% off natural and lab diamond center stones, 10% off rings & fine jewelry including moissanites, gemstones, settings, and lifestyle pieces, and 15% off all ready to ship items.
Why is this year's sale tiered instead of a site-wide discount?
Due to having the ability to pick your own stone and setting, there are variables in pricing stones which allows more for opportunities to save money on the stone and setting, and allows us to diversify the discounts.
Can I apply the discount to a previously placed order?
No, the discount only applies to orders placed within the 5 day sale window.
What time zone is the sale in?
The Gold Friday Sale will be based in the Pacific Standard Time.
Does the sale apply to Klarna orders?
Yes, the discount applies to all methods of payment including Klarna.

No, Gold Friday is our only site-wide sale during the holiday season.

Is it considered a custom if you need a finger size not offered on the website?
No, please reach out to us at hello@oliveavejewelry.com and we will be able to help you order your ring in your desired size with the discount.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Please allow 4-5 weeks from the day the order was placed for production time. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. For more information regarding your order, please reach out via email.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Yes, we guarantee that if you purchase during the Gold Friday sale that your order will arrive in time for Christmas. If you have questions about the timing of your order, please email us at hello@oliveavejewelry.com.
Will sale items qualify for returns?
Yes, we offer a 30 day return and exchange policy for all items on our site. However, if you are purchasing a custom order, including engravings, the order will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Does the Gold Friday Discount apply to Repair Costs & Shipping Labels?
No, the Gold Friday discount does not apply to repair cost or labels as these are services not products.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
Will custom designs will be included in Gold Friday?
Yes! Purchasing the Gold Friday Custom Voucher during our sale will allow you to receive the discount on your custom design. The Gold Friday Custom Voucher costs $99 and is refundable.
How does the Gold Friday Custom Voucher work?
The Custom Voucher holds your discount as you begin the custom design process, allowing you time to complete your dream ring. The voucher expires if not used by December 31, 2023 and you will be fully refunded.
Is my custom ring eligible for a return or exchange?
Unfortunately, a custom ring is not eligible for a return or exchange. Each custom is unique and created specifically for you. You will have the opportunity to see digital renderings before purchase so that you feel confident in the piece that you create. How do I apply the discount to a custom order?
If you are placing a custom order, whether it be adding an engraving to an existing design or a full custom design, an Olive Ave representative can send you a custom invoice to complete within the 5 day sale window. Please email us at hello@olvieavejewelry.com.
Will I receive my custom ring in time for Christmas?
In order to receive your ring before Christmas, your order must be placed by November 10th for international orders and November 17th for US orders. Please keep in mind that the design process can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks as we want to make sure that every detail is taken care of.
Is there a deposit required to start the custom process?
For the Gold Friday discount to be applied to your design, you must purchase the Gold Friday custom Voucher. But we do not require any other money for the purchase of the custom design.
Is the custom voucher refundable?
Yes, if you do not complete a custom design by December 31, 2023, or decide to forgo designing a custom ring, the voucher will be refunded to you in full. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you do move forward with purchasing the custom design, the $99 custom voucher will be refunded at your time of purchase of your custom ring. What if my custom ring is not complete before December 31, 2023?
We have a team dedicated to helping you create and complete your custom order in time for you to receive the discount. We are always willing to look at each situation individually as we understand that each order is unique and may have extenuating circumstances.
What is considered a custom?
Custom designs include anything that cannot be purchased directly from the website catalog. This includes engravings, heirloom stones, changing a design, or creating a new piece of jewelry. Please email us at hello@oliveavejewelry.com with any questions you may have concerning the custom process.
How do I get a band engraved?
We can add an engraving to your order if the band is at least 1.5mm wide. Please note, adding an engraving will make the piece non-returnable. For further assistance with engravings, please email us at hello@oliveavejewelry.com.
Can I use my heirloom stone?
Yes, however, this would be considered a custom design and you will need to purchase our Gold Friday Custom Voucher to apply the discount.
READY TO SHIP
Will you sell out of a specific certain style?
In the ready to ship section, these are rings that are premade, so once bought that specific ring is sold. If you cannot find the ring you are wanting on ready to Ship section, please visit the standard listing page.
How quickly do Ready to Ship products ship?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. All orders are shipped with FedEx two-day shipping, signature required and insurance.
Can I resize my Ready to Ship order?
Yes, all ready to ship rings are eligible for one free resizing within the first year of receiving your order. The ring can only be resized within a half size up or down from the size it was purchased in.
What if I cant find the ring I want in the Ready to Ship Section?
Unfortunately, if you cannot find the product you are looking for in the ready to ship section, it means we currently don't have any in stock. We are constantly updating the ready to ship section so you can check back at a later date or purchase from the standard listing.
Can I purchase a Care Plan with my Ready to Ship order?
Yes, all ready to ship products are eligible for a three-year or Lifetime Care Plan.
