Alyia + Mark

Mark and I met through photography. He lived in Ocala and I in Orlando. Over a year we grew such a great friendship and support for one another. After my ex and I broke up I spent time focusing on myself and just creating good relationships with everyone in my life. Mark continued to drive over 2 hours to come to hang out at Walt Disney World or Universal. We would spend hours walking around, rain or shine, and riding our favorite rides. We were learning about each other and not focusing on the pressure of being in a relationship. Obviously as time goes on you develop a love for someone and a safety in someone that constantly shows up for you.

In September 2019, Mark asked me to be his girlfriend and the rest is history. We moved in with each other after 4 months, because we didn’t want the pandemic to have a negative impact on growing what we just started. Ever since then we have been attached to each others hip and I couldn’t ask for a better partner. With a little rescue pup, Archie, and just moving into a house together we’ve seen each other demonstrate patience, kindness, support and love every step of the way.

So excited for this next chapter and to dive deep into what we want in each other during this magical time.
