What if I want Olive Ave to pick my center stone?
On the Select stone page there is a section labeled “Suggested by Olive Ave.” These are the stones that we would pick ourselves, as we are confident in the quality and appearance of the stone. If you don’t love any of the suggestions, view the more options below. Use the filters to find the perfect stone for you.
What is the total price of the ring?
To find the total price of the ring please select the details of your setting first, including the gold color and accent stone type. From there you can hand select your center stone from moissanite, lab diamond to natural diamond. Continue to review your ring and view the total price before shipping and taxes. The total can vary depending on your center stone price. Care Plans and insurance can be added during the checkout process, which will also affect the total price of your order.
What are accent stones?
Accent stones are all other stones in the ring besides the center stone. We now offer moissanite, lab diamond and natural diamond accent stones allowing you to customize your ring to your preference and budget.
Where do I select my finger size?
You will select your finger size during the checkout process. We do offer free resizing within two sizes within the first 60 days after you receive the ring.
Are the rings in the photos real?
All product photos are digital renderings of the ring based off the exact measurements of the ring. At Olive Ave, we believe it to be important for you to view and understand all the details of your ring before purchasing. We have created these realistic renderings allowing you to view the ring from all angles and feel confident in your purchase. For more information on the specific ring, you are looking at please view additional photos on the listing, the description and details section.
There are no additional photos of the ring I am looking at. Where can I find more?
Please reach out to us via email for more photos of the ring you are hoping to see. Since all our products are made to order, we may not have the exact variation that you are hoping to see, however we are in the process of collecting those ring photos for you. Is my ring considered a custom ring because I chose the center stone?
No, if you are choosing a setting and selecting a center stone from our website it will not be considered a custom ring. Your ring will only be considered a custom if you engrave, work with our customs team to make modifications to a piece from the website or create an entirely custom piece. Please note that custom pieces cannot be returned.
How do I know if the center stone I choose is going to fit the setting?
Here at Olive Ave, we personalize each setting to fit your center stone perfectly. This is true regardless of whether it is a moissanite, lab diamond or natural diamond center stone.
Why do some rings have moissanite accent stones as an option?
Depending on the size of the accent stones, we are able to offer moissanite stones as an option. If you are wanting moissanite accent stones and do not see it as an option on our website, please contact us via email to see if that is a possibility.
What if I want a center stone larger than my options in the diamond picker?
If you want a larger center stone than the options you are seeing, please reach out to us via email at hello@oliveavejewelry.com so we can help you find the size stone you are looking for.
I want to see a photo of my diamond before I purchase it. How can I do that?
We have the ability for you to hand select your diamond before you purchase. Depending on the stone there will be a photo or video of the stone for you to view, which includes all the details of the stone and a link to view the certification. All this information can be seen on the select stone page while choosing your stone.
Why do I have to choose my stone?
The process of purchasing an engagement ring is such a personal experience. At Olive Ave, we want you to feel in charge of the process, as everyone has different criteria that they want to meet to make their ring perfect. We want to provide you with the tools to make the process smooth, memorable, and personable. By allowing you to choose the stone yourself, we create more opportunities to make the piece personal to you. We look forward to helping you need as you create the perfect piece.
If I add a diamond to my cart but don’t purchase it, does it place a hold on my diamond?
No, diamonds will only be secured for your ring once the order has been placed and paid for. Available diamonds are constantly changing, so a diamond cannot be saved for a customer until payment has been received.
Can I buy only the stone?
We currently do not offer the option for customers to purchase just a stone or setting. If you have any further questions, please contact us via email.
