Rita + Craig

Craig proposed to me with Olive Ave's Hope ring in August 2022 after more than seven years together. I told him he would never surprise me after that long, but somehow he did! 

Our wedding was in June 2023 at the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland, arguably one of the most beautiful places on the planet. We had insanely gorgeous weather - 70 degrees and sunny...in Ireland! The day was full of happiness and love, surrounded by our closest family and friends. As a part of our ceremony, we held a ring warming, which is where your wedding bands are passed around to the guests to give them a silent blessing before they're exchanged. It's an old Irish tradition that essentially means that you're exchanging rings that are already "warmed with love". We both chose bands from Olive Ave - mine a custom contour band and his the Forest band and love how unique they are! 

After our ceremony we had an adventurous photo shoot at the cliffs, before joining our guests at a local pub for a reception. Having a destination wedding allowed us to be especially present with those who celebrated with us and made the day all the more special. We can't wait to go back to celebrate our anniversaries in the future!
