Lauren + Schuyler

Schuyler and I met during our senior year of high school. We both joined a Facebook group dedicated to our college freshman class, to meet people and find roommates. Giving a brief description of who you are, he had mentioned he was from Michigan. With our college being out of state, I was immediately intrigued, and ended up messaging him. Without fail, it was a perfect match. We only ended up getting to know each other for a week before making it official, and then meeting up in person for the first time a month later. Now coming up on three years of being together, on August 20th, 2023 he took me to my favorite spot on the Blue Ridge Parkway, the mountains being a symbol of our college as well as a reminder of where we started. With my dream ring from Olive Ave Jewelry, I finally got to say yes to forever!
