Officially Olive
Bronwyn + Anthony
Some love stories begin with a perfect first impression. This one started with an eye roll.
What followed was a proposal in a private garden, an engagement ring that reflects their relationship and a custom wedding band Anthony sketched by hand. Every detail carries meaning, honoring their faith and heritage.
We're grateful to have played a small part in their story.
the love story
Bronwyn and Anthony met through Army ROTC at the University of Minnesota in October 2023. They trained together, led PT sessions and worked through field exercises side by side.
Anthony noticed Bronwyn right away. Bronwyn wasn't quite as convinced.
The two ended up in the same group for a class project, and Anthony waited until the morning of the presentation to finish his portion. Standing beside him, Bronwyn remembers thinking, "Who is this dude?" Especially since he had only recently joined the program.
Thankfully, first impressions aren't always the whole story.
the proposal
Anthony rented out the Japanese Garden at Como Park Conservatory so they could have the space to themselves.
They wandered through the garden, surrounded by greenery and the sound of flowing water, until they reached a spot Anthony had picked out beforehand. Hidden nearby, a photographer quietly documented the moment.
Then Anthony got down on one knee.
Private and unforgettable.
the rings
Bronwyn chose the Amelia engagement ring from Olive Ave, paired with the Rope Band. Its clean, understated design felt like the right fit for their relationship: simple and intentional.
Anthony's wedding band tells another part of their story.
He hand-drew the design himself, weaving personal symbols throughout the band. A wolf honors his Ojibwe heritage and his connection to the White Earth Reservation, reflecting the name Littlewolf. A sun represents Bronwyn, whose middle name is Rae and who grew up being called a ray of sunshine. A cross speaks to the faith they share and the foundation it brings to their relationship.
Running along the bottom is a rope detail, matching the texture of Bronwyn's Rope Band and connecting the two rings in a quiet, meaningful way.
Two rings, each with their own story, made to be worn together.
