The discount is 30% off “Ready to Ship” products.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS?
No, the only products that will be discounted are “Ready to Ship” products. This means that care plans will not be discounted.
WHERE CAN I FIND “READY TO SHIP” PIECES?
The “Ready to Ship” products can be found by going to the “Collections” section of the Olive Ave website and selecting “Ready to Ship”.
WHAT TIME ZONE IS THE SALE IN?
The Cyber Monday Sale will be based in the Pacific Standard Time.
CAN I USE KLARNA WHEN CHECKING OUT?
Yes, the discount applies to all methods of payment including Klarna.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY ITEMS CAN BE PURCHASED?
No, there is no limit to how many items you can purchase during the Cyber Monday sale.
WILL YOU SELL OUT OF A CERTAIN STYLE?
Yes, there is only one product per listing as each product is already made. We recommend using the search bar and filters to see all your options as there can be multiple listings of the same product based on the specific details of the piece.
HOW LONG DOES THE SALE LAST?
The sale will be for 24 hours starts 12:00am to 11:59pm on Monday, November 27th.
HOW DO YOU APPLY THE DISCOUNT?
The appropriate Cyber Monday discount will be automatically applied at check out and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
WILL THE CARE PLANS BE INCLUDED IN Cyber Monday?
No, care plans will not be discounted on Cyber Monday.
CAN I RESIZE MY READY TO SHIP ORDER?
Yes, all ready to ship rings are eligible for one free resizing within the first year of receiving your order. The ring can only be resized within a half-size up or down from the size it was purchased in.
HOW QUICKLY DO READY TO SHIP PRODUCTS SHIP?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. All orders are shipped with FedEx two-day shipping, signature required and insurance.
WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND THE RING I WANT IN THE READY TO SHIP SECTION?
Unfortunately, if you cannot find the product you are looking for in the ready to ship section, it means we currently don't have it in stock. We are constantly updating the ready to ship section so you can check back at a later date or purchase from the standard listing.
CAN I PURCHASE A CARE PLAN WITH MY READY TO SHIP ORDER?
Yes, all ready to ship products are eligible for a three-year or Lifetime Care Plan.
