They met as teenagers and spent the next twelve years side by side, through college, first jobs, and everything else that comes with growing up. Somewhere in there, Grant became her best friend first, and everything else came after.
"Grant is truly my best friend," Brianna says. "We have experienced so many joyful life events together.

When it came time to propose, Grant did not ask Brianna to help pick the ring. He chose Oliver entirely on his own.
Oliver centers on a bold emerald shaped stone set in a traditional solitaire, with a thick flat shank built to let one stone carry the whole design.
"The Oliver ring is everything that I could have imagined," Brianna says. "I find myself staring at it throughout the day and just smiling, knowing that he picked it out."
He proposed at Keeneland Racecourse in Lexington, Kentucky, the place that already meant the most to both of them, long before it became the place he asked her to marry him.
For Grant and Brianna, the ring represents more than a proposal. It marks twelve years of friendship and a proposal at their favorite racecourse. Every part of it stayed close to home.
