Mia and Avery met in high school and have been together ever since. Seven years later, they are still each other’s first choice.
Three of those years were spent long distance. The miles never changed what they had, and they came out of it closer than when they started.
This year, they planned a trip to London to celebrate both of their birthdays. It became the place they got engaged.

At the start of the year, Mia and Avery went ring shopping together. They tried on style after style, and one stood out above the rest.
Once they agreed it was their favorite, they asked if the ring had a name. It was the Oliver, which is also the name of their two year old goldendoodle.
“It was meant to be,” they say.
Their custom Oliver keeps the bold emerald shaped stone and thick flat shank of the original, with a hidden halo of baguette diamonds set beneath the center stone. From the top, the design stays clean. From the side, the baguettes come into view.
For Mia and Avery, the ring marks seven years together, three years of distance, and a birthday trip that turned into a proposal. It also carries the name of the newest member of their family.
