Where is the holiday gift shop?
The Holiday Gift Shop will be held at our HQ at: 4824 E Baseline Rd, Suite 115, Mesa, AZ 85206
What days and times will the Holiday Gift Shop be hosted?
The event will be held on Friday, December 15th from 2pm to 5pm and Saturday, December 16th from 9 am to 12pm.
What is the parking situation like?
Please park in any uncovered parking spot. We ask that you respect the covered parking, as it is assigned to other businesses in our complex.
Is there a discount?
Yes, all of our items will be 10% off.
Will the discount also be applied on the website?
No, this discount will not apply to any of our products listed on the website as this is an in-person-only event.
The Shopping Experience
What can I expect while shopping?
We will have a limited number of customers in our building at one one time. They will be assigned a trained personal shopper to walk them through the buying experience.
Please note this event will not be a sit down appointment or an opportunity to try on engagement rings or bands.
What will the product selection look like?
Our selection will consist of finished pieces of jewelry, including select earrings, necklaces, bracelets, stackable bands, and wedding bands, as well as new designs. We are focusing on giftable pieces at this time.
Please note, since this is our inventory, there may be a limited selection compared to what you may find on the website.
Please note that no engagement rings or gemstone rings will be shown at this time.

Will you sell out of any items? What happens if you do?
Since our inventory is limited, we may run out of certain styles or sizes. Our team will assist you in ordering your item at the event with the applicable discount; however, please note that your items may not arrive until after the holidays.
What if you don’t have the product I’m looking for?
Since this is from our inventory, and all our products are made to order, there is a chance we may not have the exact item you are looking for. If this is the case, our team will be happy to assist you with your order.
Is there a limit on how much you can buy at this event?
No, as long as we have it in stock and the right size, we are happy to accommodate all your gifting needs.
What will the security be like at this event?
We will have security guards to help maintain the flow and experience for everyone in attendance.
How can I pay?
We will be accepting cash or card at this event.
Can I bring someone with me? Can I bring my kids?
We would love to accommodate you and your friends at this event. Due to the size of our showroom, we ask that you leave your small children and strollers at home for this event.
Resizing + Returns
What is the resizing policy for bands featured at this event?
The products at the event will be sold as-is. Depending on your product, it may fall under our restricted resizing policy or ready-to-ship resizing policy.
If you would like to resize, we would be happy to assist you in resizing your piece; however, we will not be able to guarantee that they will be ready in time for holiday pickup. If you have questions about resizing your product on the day of the event, our team will be happy to help you with your order and coordinate your order pickup.
What is the return policy for the holiday gift shop?
Our holiday gift shop return policy will be the same as our standard return policy. We offer a 30-day hassle free return policy. Returned products must not show signs of wear and tear, marks and scratches, or have any kind of damage.
